Individual Therapy

Through counseling, gain insight into knowing yourself more fully. You hold the key to personal growth and development. Therapy helps facilitate your process of understanding and assist in unlocking the path to your authentic self. Creating change can be frightening but working together, we can explore places too difficult for you to experience alone. Transformation can occur through an authentic relationship in session supported by empathy, warmth, and understanding. Within this nonjudgmental setting, recognize patterns that are no longer helpful and choose to live a healthier life.


 Your goals can be focused on finding more balance and fulfillment in life and/or support in moments of life crisis. Conscious Path Therapy has treatment plans for individual, couples and families.
